Quintrex 440 Renegade Centre Console
The Quintrex 440 Renegade CC is one of those boats you look at and instantly picture the spots you’re going to fish. A big part of that is the true 360-degree fishability you get from the centre-console layout — it just invites you to move around and work the whole boat.
Measuring 4.60m overall with a beamy 2.11m, there’s loads of fishing room onboard while still being a magic size to launch and retrieve solo. But once you’ve got a Renegade, don’t be surprised if a few mates or the kids suddenly want in — it’s rated for five people and handles the load comfortably.
The centre console itself is a solid, practical unit. Sitting in the middle of the cockpit, it gives you great visibility and houses your wheel, gauges and electronics, all while keeping the deck open so you can chase fish from bow to stern without feeling cramped.
Up front, the big casting platform is perfect for flicking lures, soaking baits or just chilling for a few hours, and we’ve added an extra seat spigot up there as well. Fishing creds continue right through the boat — plumbed live-bait tank, side pockets, four rod holders, sealed timber floor and a full carpeted deck. You also get two seats with three seat positions, plus a bow-mount thruster plate ready for a Minn Kota so you can troll, spot-lock and hold position with precision — a huge win if you fish solo or target structure.
Under the floor sits a 50L fuel tank, and the 440 CC also comes standard with a bilge pump, navigation lights, white light and inshore safety gear. Rated to 50hp, the boat runs 3.0mm top and bottom sides, extruded side decks, and can be painted or left unpainted depending on your style.
